WHAT WE DO

1. Pre-Launch Team Meeting (15-20 minutes, run by Fundraising Coach)

To have a successful campaign we need participation. You and your local fundraising coach work together to put together a game plan to ensure we maximize what we raise for your group.  5 to 7 days before our launch party we give the kids (or parents) a home work assignment for them to pre-load, to their vertical raise profile, a total of 30-40 potential supporter’s contacts (emails and/or cell phone numbers) ahead of the scheduled launch day.

2. Fundraiser Launch Party (30-45 minutes, run by Fundraising Coach)

Your local fundraising coach will be on site to launch the campaign on the agreed-upon date. They will walk the kids (or parents) through the “invite wizard” where they will share the campaign with parents and potential supporters via email, text, and social media.  We finish the launch party with a “phone blitz” and watch the funds raised come in on a live scoreboard.  We will have fun with the kids and offer different incentives during this time!

3. 21 Day Fundraiser

Each fundraiser below is set up the same way by sending out emails, texts, and sharing on social media. I will personally deliver your funds to you in a timely manner via check after the fundraiser is over. Our goal is to maximize what you raise & get your team the funds as soon as possible so you can have a successful season. All funds are secured using the world's leading eCommerce platform and our 128-bit encrypted site.

Safe & Protected: Vertical Raise is the safest online fundraising platform available.  All information & contacts are private, 100% secure, and will never be redistributed, sold, or traded.  Information entered for this fundraiser is used for this campaign only. Vertical Raise DOES NOT SPAM participants’ personal networks with messages every day about the fundraiser. The messaging is on a cadence of launch day, 14, 7, and 2 days left for emails & launch day, 10, and 4 days left for text messages. IF someone supports your athlete, then they WILL NOT receive any of the additional waves of messaging that remain. Our goal is not to upset or annoy your personal network, only to help the program maximize the money it can raise. If they get the initial text or email, they do have the ability to unsubscribe. It is worth noting, though, that we don't do any further outreach to any potential supporters entered once the fundraiser has ended.
